Hallo Thomas!

Ja, ich habe es herausgefunden, welche Logs das sind.

Also, im Ordner/var/log sind das diese hier:

kern.log mit 4,5 GB
messages mit 4,5 GB
syslog mit 23,4 MB
ufw.log mit ebenfalls 4,5 GB

Habe gegoogelt und dann im Terminal mit gksudo gedit /etc/logrotate.conf 
die config Datei für Logrotate aufgerufen und alles auf daily geändert.
(Vorher stand dort weekly und monthly!)

Ist das richtig so?

Hier mal mein Original config.file, meine Änderungen stehen in Klammern:

# see "man logrotate" for details
# rotate log files weekly
weekly (habe ich geändert auf daily)

# keep 4 weeks worth of backlogs
rotate 4 (hab ich ganz frech auskommentiert mit #)

# create new (empty) log files after rotating old ones
create

# uncomment this if you want your log files compressed
#compress

# packages drop log rotation information into this directory
include /etc/logrotate.d

# no packages own wtmp, or btmp -- we'll rotate them here
/var/log/wtmp {
     missingok
     monthly (geändert auf daily)
     create 0664 root utmp
     rotate 1
}

/var/log/btmp {
     missingok
     monthly (geändert auf daily)
     create 0660 root utmp
     rotate 1
}

# system-specific logs may be configured here



Nun hoffe ich, dass ich einfach tägliche Logs bekomme - mehr brauche ich 
nicht...

Gibt es eigentlich einen Terminal Befehl, um jene schweren Logs einfach 
per Hand zu löschen? DAS habe ich noch nicht herausgefunden und es wäre 
mir sehr lieb, wenn die verschwinden würden...
