Das heißt, das Verzeichnis ist leer und kann gelöscht werden:

sudo rm -r /etc/pm/config.d/unload_modules

Es sieht so aus, als ob da noch weitere Verzeichnisse im Verlauf der
Operation entstanden sind, die kannst du auch löschen:

sudo rm -r /etc/pm/config.d/unload
sudo rm -r /etc/pm/config.d/unloadmodules

Anschliessend dann:

sudo echo "SUSPEND_MODULES=\"\$SUSPEND_MODULES sky2\""
>>/etc/pm/config.d/unload_modules

(wie gehabt, alles auf einer Eingabe-Zeile)

Dann reboot.
